Asked before every brief. Answered here.

Timelines, revisions, who owns the files, which formats you get, and what we need from you. If the answer is not here, it is because we do not want to guess: ask and we will tell you.

Getting started

What do you need from me to start?

The product, your brand assets and any references you like. We agree the direction and the exact deliverable list before anything is built.

Do you need the physical product?

Not always. The model is built from artwork, dielines and specs, which is how a product can be shown before it has been manufactured. If the product exists, it comes with the brief, along with your brand assets and references.

When do I see something?

Early. You get one still frame, one page design or one identity route first, whichever fits the job, and you approve that look before the rest is produced.

What is a style frame?

One still image of the product, lit and finished, made before anything moves. You approve that look first and the animation is built against it. Agreeing the direction before the build is what keeps revisions small.

Timeline and revisions

How long does it take?

About 15 days from start to delivery.

How many revisions are included?

Two. They happen at the build stage, against the direction you already signed off. Approving the direction first is what keeps changes small.

What counts as a revision?

A change to the work at the build stage, made against the direction you already approved.

How long does SEO take?

Months. It is measured monthly against the defects found in the audit and the demand mapped at the start. We do not promise a ranking or a date.

Files, formats and rights

Who owns the 3D model?

You do. The 3D modelling service ends with a handover: the model is yours, ready for whatever comes next.

What do I actually receive?

Whatever the placement needs: 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 cuts for film, a live site for web, and source files with guidelines for brand work.

Can the assets be reused later?

Yes. Once the product exists as a model, a new colourway, angle or format is a render away. A reshoot costs more than a re-render.

Which ratios do you deliver?

9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, each cut for its placement: vertical for Reels and Shorts, square for feed, widescreen for product pages and listings. A film is cut for each placement rather than trimmed down from one long edit.

3D versus the alternatives

Why 3D instead of a photo shoot?

A photo shoot ends; a 3D model doesn't. Once the product exists as a model, a new colourway, angle or format is a render away, and a pre-launch product can be shown before it has been manufactured.

Is CGI cheaper than a shoot?

The comparison changes with the number of assets. A shoot is paid for every time you need a new angle, variant or format. A model is built once, and each of those is a render after that.

What is the difference between 3D product animation and a CGI film?

Scope. A product animation is a short film of the product itself: a turntable, a hero loop, a feature reveal. A CGI film builds scenes and environments around the product and runs longer, with a story. Both are rendered, not filmed.

Do you only do 3D?

No. Branding, website design, social media, content strategy and SEO sit alongside 3D modelling, 3D animation and CGI, in the same studio, so they agree with each other.

Placements

Can one film run on Amazon, Instagram and our product page?

Yes. It is cut for each placement rather than trimmed from one edit, and delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.

Do you make the vertical cuts for Reels and Shorts?

Every film is delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, so the vertical cut is part of the delivery.

Can a listing use motion?

A hero loop or turntable gives a static listing something its neighbours on the grid do not have. On a marketplace grid, motion is what interrupts a scroll.

Working with the studio

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

The studio is in India and works with brands anywhere. Briefs, reviews and delivery run over email, WhatsApp and video calls.

Which brands have you worked with?

Liquid Death, Valentino, Royal Enfield, Boult, Nasher Miles, Bellavita, Wayona, Zivanche, Medixora, Gigasonic, Revian, Crystal Pure, Sleepnovaa, Pandaverse, Multetag, Faybels, Oreon, Italian Shoes, Mclaro, SILVANO, OFFSTRAP and MD Computers. Every frame in the portfolio was built in 3D; none of these products were photographed.

Which kinds of product do you render?

Beverage cans, fragrance bottles, luggage, audio and wearables, watches, footwear and leather goods, cables and chargers, helmets, computers, sunroofs and sleep products, so far. Glass, liquid, metal, fabric and leather are all in the portfolio.
